How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?<\/h2>\n

My Viva Custom Mats<\/b>: <\/strong>Custom VIVA Mat: $208, Production time: 20 to 25 business days after design confirmation. Cost ($CAD)$19.99.<\/p>\n

We will always endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but please note that delivery dates we specify are approximate and some delays are outside of our control. We cannot be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by such a delay. You can rest assured that we will work to rectify any delivery problems; above all, we want you to be happy with the service offered by us here at Viva.<\/p>\n

When will my order be dispatched?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Once your order has been placed, Viva will send you an order confirmation email and your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders on Saturdays and Sundays – so if you order on a weekend, we will receive and process your order on the subsequent Monday. Quoted delivery transit times commence from the dispatch of your order from our warehouse.<\/p>\n

All Viva Mats ordered from our website are delivered in branded packaging.<\/b> Please be aware of this if your order is a gift!<\/p>\n

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information with a link to track your package. Please check the tracking information for your expected delivery date and time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unless you select a timed delivery slot, deliveries can be anytime between 8:00am and 7:00pm, although this can vary. If you are not going to be in for the scheduled delivery as per your tracking details, you should be able to rearrange your delivery directly with the courier by following the instructions on the email. Please note that local Collection Points can hold your package for up to a maximum of 10 calendar days.<\/p>\n

Do you offer Express Shipping?<\/h2>\n

Our express service options offer fast worldwide shipping for delivery within 1-5 business days depending on location. Please see the express service options at checkout or on our shipping table above for more details.<\/p>\n

Please note, sometimes we may have to switch off express options during busy periods \u2013 when that happens, the quickest delivery option will be shown at the checkout.<\/span><\/p>\n

Will I be charged Duties or Taxes?<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Please note that all orders sent to regions outside Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes.<\/b> These charges are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Any charges on an order must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Viva has no control over these charges and we cannott tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is the shipping time for my order longer than usual?<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you notice that the shipping time for your order is significantly longer than our standard delivery times, it may be because you have a preorder item in your basket.<\/p>\n

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock and are available for purchase in advance. You can find the estimated shipping dates for preorder items on their product pages.<\/p>\n

If you need to receive your order sooner, try changing the colour or style to an in stock product.<\/p>\n
